Hey all sorry but I forgot that I was doing a book shout out before I posted other book . So please forgive me . Technology failed me yet again. Dang calendar let me down. lol

MY REVIEW

  Hey all ready for some magic and dragons. Let me introduce you to Jess , who after getting hit by lightning finds himself having magical powers . After loosing his mother , Jesse father moves them to Colorado mining town  named Silver valley. Where Jesse sees a shadow of a dragon and meets Boone a 250 year old dragon mage. Who is there to figure out why there are deaths happening in the mine. He is thinking its a skin walker. But the skin walker can turn into anyone so the list is growing . After Boone's mentor goes missing . Boone enlists Jesse 's help to find him. Together they must decipher an ancient map and defeat basilick and get Jesse's powers under control before the skin walker finds the missing shard that will bring the end of life as they know it to the west.

   This is a great book for both boys and girls who love magic and dragons. The author writes a tale that is both fun and easy to read. The boys go on such an adventure that you get wrapped up in their adventure.  It also shows us the importance of family and friends . How they can help you through just about anything. They will always be there for you.

   There is no graphic sex or violence and moves at a quick pace once they get to Silver Valley. The beginning was a bit slow. But it sure picks up and goes fast. Your kids will be page turning until the end.

  I am so going to gift this book to nephews and cousins . I really think that they will love the cast of characters . Then there is the old west and the dragons. I really liked Boone .

  So if you want a good read for middle school aged kids especially boys. You should check this book out . I think they won't be disappointed at all . You will also enjoy it too. So check it out if you love a little magic in your reading

MY REVIEW
  There has been a combo quake has happened leaving a rift about 15 miles long. Exposing a cavern full of of ancient technology. The ISUP  sends John Henry Morgan to head up the expedition . But there are forces at work that want the technology for themselves and as the violence escalates , lives become expendable. You will travel from Prague to Iceland. Crossing the ocean to New York and Washington . Survival is critical for the ISUP and trying to keep the technologies preserved for the benefit of all humanity. Will all come down to who they can trust and if they can stay alive .
  Mr Chamberlain takes us on a wild ride. With great twists and turns. You don't really know who can trust and who you can't. There are characters that you think you can trust , the characters that are just evil and they all want to dominate. You want to scream at the kindle when you think you have it figured out , Mr. Chamberlain takes you into a totally different direction. You also get to travel from Prague to Washington D.C and everywhere in between .
  John Henry Morgan is a tough ex military man that is the head investigator in the book . He is a hard man and shows it all through the book.
  The flow of this book was great every page was full of intrigue and mystery. A twist on every page . I was page turning well into the night on this one. It may seem like a long book , it is a very fast paced book. This is the second book in the series but you can read it as a stand alone . 
  So if you want a good thriller with lots of intrigue , with a twist of science fiction thrown in . Check out this book . You will like it .

Hey all good day. hope your hump day is going better then mine is so far. I am rewriting the blog, I lost it somehow. So here we go again. I have been waiting for this book for a long and yes I admit I have stalked Pepper's face book page, waiting for the day that she said she was done. Trust me it was torture for me. I even did the preorder to guarantee I wouldn't miss the release day. So I got it yesterday and spent the whole day reading . Yes the whole dam day. House work suffered, chores got done fast and then with a big bowl of popcorn, a box of tissues and iced tea . I read and read and read.
So here it is TWISTED TOGETHER by Pepper Winters

MY REVIEW

 Oh my god what can I say, there are not enough stars in the world to give this book. What can you say about a book that will blow your mind with every page that you turn. Pepper will set your heart on fire and crush you all at the same time. You will cheer with every demon they slay and cry with pain when they are fighting these demons. There is also lots of hot sex. Pepper is a great writer of sex and the darker the better.
  The story continues where Q left off. Tess and Q are engaged but there are still demons in both of their lives that need to be conquered. Tess is still having nightmares of what happened to her in Rio. She realizes that she doesn't need the pain anymore to have sex  with Q but will let him continue to hurt her for his pleasure.  He knows she is lying but he doesn't know how to help her. His monster is growing and wants to come out to play more. They go to the island to get married but they don't . Q does the unspeakable and is going to bring back his fighting enslave. The woman that she was. As she comes out the other side. Q is drawn deeper into his darkness, and is trying to keep it together. Then the unspeakable happens and now it is Tess's turn to be the strong one and fight for Q and fight the demons of his past. 
   Pepper takes us on a rollercoaster ride of emotion. There are so many twists and turns that will keep you turning pages well into the night. I started this book yesterday at 6 and finished yesterday. I couldn't put it down. The characters are so complex and layered. Tess and Q both grow up a lot in this final book. In Tears of Tess you see Tess as a young girl, scared and lonely. Even broken you see the young girl. In Twisted Tess has grown up and matured into a beautiful ass kicking heroine. Q may still have his demons and is still easy to anger when others ogle Tess . But we also see him maturing into the man and the monster that Tess needs and wants. Even Franco isn't beyond the glare of Q when he looks at Tess. Franco in my opinion is the comic relief in the story, Cause I think he just does stuff to rile Q up. Tess and Franco have a unique bond as well . He was the first to meet her and now he is her friend and guard.  Suzette is as sweet as apple pie, but don't ever cross her. She can lay a licking on Q and put him in his place more then once. She loves both Q and Tess .
I really want Suzette and Franco to have their own book and love affair. They would be so good together. HINT HINT PEPPER  if you are reading this .
  
   I am in love with this book and I am also kind a sad that this is the last book in the series. I feel like I have watched them all grow up. I have laughed and cried right along side them. Trust me I uglied cried so many times through out the series. I really unglued cried in Twisted Together. There is so much happening. The last 40 per cent of the book had me crying and  laughing, but mostly crying . the scenes are so intense . You just want to scream at your kindle, you won't believe what happens and trust me you will be turning the pages well into the night.
  So as I end this blog I want to say I am so happy that I took a chance of TEARS OF TESS  when it was free. It was one of the best decisions I could of made. That book took me to a place where I thought I didn't want to go but glad I did. I was hooked and so wanted to see what would happen . Would they finally get their happily ever after . So I want to say THANK YOU PEPPER , you introduced me to characters that I will never forget. They made me cry and scream and laugh.
  So if you want to read a series that is dark, very dark but also is a love story of two lost souls that are bound together. Please check out this series

MY REVIEW

    Hey all let me introduce you to Sofia Bellrose. After waking up in the hospital , after being in a car accident which her parents were killed. She ends up with amnesia and  horrible nightmares. To top it off she has a husband that she doesn't even remember marrying. Between the nightmares and the sex dreams of the husband she doesn't remember . Trying to figure out all the pieces together. And finding an inheritance that was kept from her all the pieces seem to start coming together. Now will she take on her new life or stay in the past
 This novella is a very quick read but what it lacks in pages ,packs a punch in story, The four main characters are so well written and complex. They jump off the page at you. The story line is well written .
  Ica  creates a story that is dark but also is a love story. The trip you will go on is filled with a few twists and turns. You think you have it figured out and then bam it goes in a totally different way, It is also a twist on the wolf story line that you will like . Who knew. So if you like chick lit novels with a twist , Check out this book . Good read for the pool
