GOOD FRIDAY ALL

Good Friday all , sorry I haven't been around this past week, between fall farm work and getting caught up on my reading it has been a busy week . This past week on the rainy days I snuggled down with a chai latte and started Mike Evan's new book, VOICES IN MY HEAD .

                            BOOK BLURB

Do unto others as you would have them do unto you, but we all know people can be cruel. What if the devil on your shoulder could actually come out and play? Voices in my Head is just that. Meet Mikey, the sweetest five-year-old you've ever met, and his psychotic dark side Michael. When his mother changes his life forever Michael comes out to play.

                               MY REVIEW
Well I started this book on a rainy morning , and after 3 vanilla lattes and a creepy crawly feeling up my spine a few times  I finished once I started I couldn't put the book down . I wanted to find out what was going on, ok let me rephrase that I needed to find out what was going on . I had a vested interest in these characters from the get go . Meet Mikey a sweet young boy that has gone through so much in his young life . Mikey is angelic sweet kid that everyone loves and wants to protect . When he looses the two people in his life that love him out comes Michael the evil twisted side of Mikey . He protects Mikey and does what needs to be done . They are two sides of the same coin and with the help of a dedicated police officer and a caring doctor. Will Mikey be safe and become a sane boy
I love the characters in this story , Mikey is such a complex little guy on one side he is a sweet innocent little boy who you can't help fall in love with and on the flip side there is Michael the evil little monster . Michael takes over in times of stress and does what needs to be done . He takes care of things in such an evil way , waking Mikey up in time to take the blame for what has happened . They are very complex characters in their own. On one hand you want to wrap Mikey up in a blanket and hug him tight . Michael on the other hand you want to take over your knee and spank his ass hard or hire an exorcist depending on the time of day you meet him.
Another great character that helps Mikey out is Detective Happy , don't let the name fool you Detective Happy is a very strong man that will do anything to help someone out . He believes in Mikey and will do anything to help him out . He knows there is something different about Mikey and wants to help him become a whole person . They go through so much together you see the bond growing between them right up until the very end . All the characters in this story are strong and complex.
I will say this about Mike Evans I think his brain is warped big time, he can send shivers down your spine with his writing . I must say that I had the creeps while reading this one . I kept looking over my shoulder for about two days afterwards . The story is one of intense physiological terror and you will cringe as you read . The tears will fall and trust me you will be scared especially if you live out in the boonies where your nearest neighbour is miles away . Be prepared when you read to actually set your kindle down and walk away for a few minutes . Trust me you will need to take a few breathers every now and then. The story moves fast and the characters are great . I would add this book to your reading list for October right now . Check it out you will not be disappointed

GOOD FRIDAY ALL

Good Friday all  hope you are getting ready for a great weekend  we are rainy and cold here so I found some good books to read for the weekend . Today I am gong to review  KNIGHTS OF THE DEAD by I.J Smith.

                             BOOK BLURB

Long ago there was a period of time known as the Dark Ages. Finally the truth of those years are revealed. Will the Zombies rule or will The Knights win the war.

                             MY REVIEW
This is a wonderful twist on the zombie story, It is set back in the dark ages with knights and kings, fair maidens and well zombies . I know when you are thinking knights and kings  you think quests and fighting each other for the king . But what would you do if the army you are fighting are the army of the dead . Randoul and his companions are up against the dead of the night. Will they survive the onslaught of the dead or is the war just starting .
I really liked the way the book started out right in the middle of the action . The author puts us in the middle of the battle as our mighty knights fight their way out.  We are introduced to some really great characters .  They are very strong and complex and each of them are very different in so many ways. Each character has their own strengths and weaknesses . You see them go through a lot during the battles with the help of a witch Randoul is shown some disturbing visions thanks to the witch . I really like all of the characters and what they go through . Which is a lot .
This is a really fast read  I read it in about an hour and it was a great fast read . The twist on the zombie story who knew you could combine zombies with knights . It is such a cool idea. The action is fast paced and started basically at the beginning and doesn't stop until the last page . There is a twist ending and it is a cliff hanger because this is the first of the series . So if you want a great story that has a great zombie twist. Check it out you will not be disappointed .

TODAY WE HAVE A SPECIAL TREAT FOR ALL OF YOU

Good Wednesday everyone today we are reviewing EMBRACE THE DAWNING by Betty Shreffler.  She will be on the blog page later to do a take over and I can't wait to get to know her more.

                            BOOK BLURB

Kayci Pierce possesses strength, endurance, and accelerated healing that set her apart from normal humans—traits she's never understood and kept hidden since childhood. She feels disconnected from the seemingly normal world around her—until she's attacked by a creature she didn't know exists and then rescued by a stranger she can't forget. Dreams of the attractive, dangerous man haunt her and lead her into a world she was born for.

Adrian Spade spends most of his solitary nights hunting rogue vampires for the Covenant, until an undeniable attraction leads him to reveal his vampire identity and risk his life by saving Kayci's. Tempted by her mysterious nature, Adrian finds himself drawn to Kayci and becomes her protector while she discovers her heritage and what it means to be a half-breed vampire sorceress.

Kayci's relationship with Adrian brings her as much passion as it does danger. Now with a vampire revolution beginning and a romantic connection to a full-blood vampire, Kayci must work with Adrian to survive surrounding threats. As Kayci tries to make sense of an unfamiliar world, she's forced to choose between the life she's always known and her vampire birthright.

                              MY REVIEW
Embracing the dawn is the first book in the series and follow kayci a young woman who is special but doesn't realize how special she is yet . On an evening run she is attacked and brutally attacked. I swoops and saves her . Adrian is a vampire who hunts rogue vampires and spends most of his time alone.  When he saves her he knows there is something different about her and become her protector as they find out what and who she truly is .
I really liked the characters in this book . Kayci is a real likable woman who always knew she was different and she embraced that difference.  You really see her change into a kick ass heroine that is trying to embrace what she turns into . She is very relatable and likeable and her mistrust is well placed she just doesn't know who she could trust . Adrian is oh so sexy and hot, he is a recluse and he finally feels alive when he meets Kayci. He is a true alpha and feels like protector towards Kayci. As the story you see him grow and becomes more to Kayci.
Kayci has a best friend Elise who is her best friend and confidant . They are so good for each other its a two way street . They tell each other everything and help each other out . They are true best friends. They also meet and pick up new friends and alliances along the way . As they figure out what Kayci's new role is in the world of vampires.
I will say I really liked this book and loved the characters . They are well written and complex . The author takes us on a roller coaster ride of emotions. This is a great first book in the series . I was up all night long reading . I was on the edge of me seat a few times and had a few giggles along the way . There are a few places where it seems to drag just a bit but over all this is a fast paced book . If you love vampires and all things paranormal this is the book for you . Check it out and right now its free on Amazon.  So get it and enjoy

Secret Crush Trailer:

Excerpt:

John leaned against the wall and let the throngs of people pass. Alice followed suit, standing next to him as she sipped her wine. "I assumed he was taking over. Did you want that job?" John's entire body jumped as if she'd slapped him. "Hell no." She gulped her sip fast. She kept saying the wrong thing. Inside his blue eyes was a kaleidoscope of emotion. Alice remembered that he used to be kind. She rubbed her lips together. "Then who cares?" He drank his wine and scanned the room. After making the rounds with his gaze, he took in her entire figure with an intensity that made her knees weak. "What is it you do, Alice?" "Collins Organic Farm." She brushed her brown bob behind her ear. "I work for my family. What is it you do?" Again, his blue eyes flashed as if lightning was in his stare. She watched him, hypnotized. "I work in real estate." "Liar." She tilted her head. He definitely didn't work in real estate. She crossed her arm around her chest. Without another word, she waited for the fallout of her remark. His eyebrows quirked in shock. Then his dimples appeared. "What do you think I do?" She met his smile with her own. "Professional bad boy and poker player. It's what I always thought." He chuckled. "I played football." She nodded. A moment of silence clung in the air as she sipped her drink. Then she said, "I went to your games in high school, but I also remember how you set up more than a few poker games. You always read people correctly." His sexy smile lit the room and her skin melted, literally fused into itself. "I remember that. You cheered with my sister, and I played you, too." secret-crush-teaser-3

                            BOOK BLURB

I know I’m already mated…I wanna get married.

What do you get when you combine a three headed monster named Charles, a rotund, gay, dancing Demon named Doug, a culinary disaster baked by Mother Nature, a celibate premarital councilor named Jeff, an offer from Satan that’s impossible to refuse and Steve Perry?

You get the Royal Wedding from Hell—or to be more accurate—possibly in Hell.

All I want to do is marry the Vampyre of my dreams with my closest friends and family in attendance. Yep, I know nuptials in the undead world are unheard of, but I’m still hanging onto my humanity if only by a thread. Being mated is great, but getting married is important to me.

Tacky invitations and cake that causes food poisoning aside, I also need to deal with the stream of Demons entering my world from mysteriously opened portals. Not to mention Angel Jeff is going to fail us on the premarital test if we participate in any nookie before the wedding.

I’m trying really hard not to go bridezilla on everyone. With five days to plan the wedding, I have figure out who’s opening the portals and deal with our hostile allies who think our wedding is a farce. It’s been a very difficult week—especially the no nookie part.

All I know is this, I will say "I do" on Saturday even if it I have to go to Hell and back to accomplish it.

                           MY REVIEW
I squealed when I saw that Astrid and Ethan were getting married . I knew that this was going to be a wedding of the century. Well ok for the decade  but if you know Astrid and Ethan you know this vampire couple will not have an easy time getting to the alter . If they get there at all. With the family that Astrid happens to have its a wonder that she hasn't blown up half of the U.S . Between the demons coming through the portals and the family wanting to run the wedding it will make a woman go mental . Will they survive the demons and will they survive the wedding in hell.
All the characters are back in this addition to the series . Astrid is ass kicking again and trying not to stress out too much about her wedding . She is also trying to stay ahead of her 9 month old son Samuel who is growing fast. She is a strong foul mouth woman who loves her mate and her family and will do anything and everything to keep them from harm. I love her and have learnt some really cool new ways of swearing thanks to Astrid.  She is my type of woman, I love her . Ethan and the rest of the gang is here also . I must say my all time favourite characters have to be Mother Nature she is so unpredictable and a laugh riot all glitter and hormones .
Robyn takes us a laugh riot, fun filled journey through Astrid's life . I have never laughed so hard . Robyn never ceases to amaze me with her fun witty writing.  The story is fun and a fast read , I read it in an evening and laughed my way through it . Hubby just laughed at me when he heard me hysterically laughing . So I read him some of the passages and he was rolling on the floor . I have read everything from this author and I must say that with every book she puts out they get better and better . I can't wait to see where Astrid and Ethan go from here and what kind of trouble will their family get into . If you haven't read any of Robyn's books I suggest you do . You will laugh so hard your sides will hurt and you will fall in love. Check out the HOT DAMN series you wont be disappointed

                            BOOK BLURB

Along with his pet monkey and his team of mismatched ghost hunters, Byron’s talent for pursuing the paranormal is called upon once again.

This time Byron and his team are in Wales investigating an ancient tree that the children of a hippy commune claim harbours a wicked spirit.

Too afraid to play outside, the young boys and girls of Summer Moon Camp tell Byron of a monster made from the leaves, moss and bark of their once beloved tree.

The eccentric and wealthy Byron must venture high up into the oak with his trusted friends to find the true reason behind the tree’s haunting.

But what he finds resists him with violent force – and brings back his most painful memory.

Can he free the commune of this devilish spirit before it is too late?

                        MY REVIEW
This is a tale of an old oak that is haunted , scaring children that venture out to play . They say it has a demon hiding in the branches . Lord Byron and his team of ghost hunters are on their way to find out what is going on . The people of the modern commune are scared of what the tree can do . The children are scared to be outside . They must figure out what is going on or die trying
The characters are well written even the commune and the tree are characters in their own right  Byron is a great character you will instantly fall in love with him and his monkey . They  keep the story moving fast . I can't believe how developed all the characters were for such a short book . The author did an amazing job with all of them . Making us care for each and every one of them
This was the first book I have read by this author and I must say that I really enjoyed it . I love horror books and this short book made me want more . There were a few issues that kind of made the book hard to read , some words ran together they forgot to hit the space bar but other then that it was a great book. So if you wan a short read for this Halloween check it out .

GOOD WEDNESDAY EVERYONE

Good Wednesday everyone  hope your hump day is going well . I must say I have been on a comic/ graphic novel kick this past couple of weeks . I found a cool new series that I didn't realize that were in graphic novel form . So now I am hooked . Let me introduce you to the DRESDEN FILES WILD CARD by Jim Butcher .

                            BOOK BLURB

Jim Butcher's The Dresden Files saga continues in this original and in-continuity graphic novel, featuring a never-before-told story set after the bestselling novel White Night and graphic novel Down Town! A bizarre double murder draws the interest of Chicago's only wizard-for-hire. But as Harry Dresden begins his investigation, the clues lead to troubling conclusions about the possible perpetrator, and set him on a path that will place him in the middle of a conflict between the city's three most powerful factions -- a conflict that could engulf all of Chicago!

                          MY REVIEW
I was so excited when I found out the Dresden Files were in graphic novel form . So I scooped it up right away . This is a new story set after the White night series . I must say it is a really good start to the series
Harry Dresden is the main character and he is up to his eyeballs in trouble . He is investigating the deaths of two girls, who have had their souls sucked out of them. With the help of his friends and some family . He hunts down the killer  but first he needs to go to the White court and ask for some help.  The story is great and I love all the characters  they are complex and all strong willed and great to read .
The graphics are great and the story line will take you on a ride .  Has a great balance new and back story . If you are new to the Dresden files this might be the place to start . Then hit up the novels and the rest of the graphic novels . You will not be disappointed .

GOOD MONDAY MORNING EVERYONE

Good Monday morning all, hope you all had a very peaceful weekend full of laughter and joy . Today we are going to review a very special book . This book was suggested to me by a good friend and I was  like ok I will give it a try . The book is a retelling of Ruth , so let me introduce you to RUTHIE  the book of Ruth retold . by Annabelle Garcia

                             BOOK BLURB

“I will go with you, mother. Where ever you make your home, there I will make my home. I will stand by you. Your people will be my people and I will serve the God you serve. Please do not ask me to go back to the people who turned their backs on me. Do not ask me to go.” Ruthie begged and Naomi smiled tenderly.
“Ruthie, Ruthie, Ruthie,” she crooned softly. “How can I refuse you? I will allow you to go with me as far as you wish.” Naomi patted her hand. “I will not hold it against you when you decide to come back.” Ruthie held her tightly.

One of the most loved characters comes to life in Ruthie, a re-telling of the story of Ruth. Get to know her on a whole new level. Follow the journey of Ruthie from her homeland to a place foreign to her. From dispair to joy. If you've ever wondered how it might have been, then this is the story for you.

                             MY REVIEW
When a good friend suggested this book to me I was like ok lets see how this goes . Who knew a retelling of such a strong biblical character could be so entertaining and so emotional .  I knew the story of Ruth from the bible but I must say the author puts a great new spin on the story . She treats the characters with such love and compassion . She also tells the story with such a sweetness and in a way that everyone will be able to enjoy the story and fall in love .
The characters are written in such a way that has you falling in love with them. The character I actually identified with the most is Naomi she was the glue that held everyone together . She was the one that rolled with the punches and just kept going . She accepted Ruth and loved her like her own daughter .  Ruth is also a very strong and lovable character , you see her going from a young girl trying to find her way to a strong woman in God at the end doing what needs to be done to live and love . She is the woman that you want in your corner and she is lovable and is loved by her friends and family. I will say all the characters are lovable and strong in this book you will fall in love with them all .
The author takes us on an emotional rollercoaster that will honestly make you think a little . Annabelle writes with such a passion that will take you right to the place in time . She make you fall in love with her characters and you want to cheer and root for them . She slips a few words of wisdom through out the book , which are very powerful . So if you want a fun read and maybe get to know a well loved bible character a little better . Check out RUTHIE you will not be disappointed .

GOOD WEDNESDAY EVERYONE

Well it is hump day Wednesday in a short work week and it is already the seventh of September  . I am excited for all the new books coming out . Its time to snuggle down with a good book and a pumpkin spice latte.  Today's book is KISS OF THE SUN by R.K Jackson. (Martha Covington series book 2)

                            BOOK BLURB

In a haunting novel of psychological suspense from the author of The Girl in the Maze a gifted young woman battles her own mind . . . and finds that some voices will never be silenced.

Following her diagnosis as a schizophrenic, Martha Covington has been easing herself back into her quiet life on a small island off the Georgia coast. The trouble is, Martha’s research into local healing roots has earned her an unfounded, and frankly unwelcome, reputation as a psychic. But when an elderly couple from Atlanta tracks her down, desperate for any sign of their missing grandson, Peavy, Martha confronts a terrifying possibility: that the line between intuition and insanity may not be as clear as she’d like to believe.

First comes a spine-tingling vision that feels too real to be imagined. Then Martha receives a message in her dreams that the boy may yet be alive. Despite her therapist’s insistence that it’s all in her head, Martha travels to Atlanta to investigate Peavy’s mysterious disappearance, where she is reunited with handsome law student Jarrell Humphries. A trail of cryptic clues leads the pair deep into a heart of a dangerous conspiracy whose members will stop at nothing—including murder—to protect their secrets.

                           MY REVIEW
This is the second book in the series and I was so excited when I found it . This is a new adventure for Martha and Jarrell . As you start reading we find Martha settling into her new life on the small island off the coast of Georgia. She is slowly settling in and has earned the uneasy title of being psychic.  After a chance meeting with an older couple throws Martha back into the cat and mouse game of finding a missing child . Along with Jarrell they uncover a ruthless organization that will not take no for an answer.
I fell in love with Martha in her first book Girl in the Maze and that love continued in this book. Martha is a complicated woman who is trying to get better. She is plagued with the voices in her head and the images that they conjure up. You see her overcome a lot in this book , she become stronger and more courageous as the story unfolds . She also has the first inklings of love for someone who is very close to her. Jarrell isn't the same man from book one, he is in Collage now and on his way to becoming what he always wanted to be. He still cares for Martha and you actually see that grow into a love as they work together to uncover the secrets of the medallions and find out what is going on with the murders . There is an evil but you honestly don't know how or who it is until the ending . I didn't even realize that it was who it was until the scene in the compound . Who knew evil could be that evil and still have a smile on your face .
The first part of this book started out with a bang and had me sucked in big time . I love the characters and I loved the direction the author was taking us. The story flowed great and the author was taking us on such an adventure . But the second half of the book got a little confusing and it kind of felt rushed and choppy. I wanted the ending to be a little different . I am hoping that book three will answer my questions of Jarrell and Martha and their relationship.
Over all I really enjoyed this book and loved the mystery and the romance. There are some fun time and scary times in the book. The author does wrap up some loose ends from book one but then opens up a new can of worms for us to fret over . I did get this book done in one day and I couldn't put it down.  So if you want a good series to read check them out . You will be in for a fun filled ride

GOOD MONDAY MORNING ALL

Good Monday all , today we are going to review Pam Godwin's new book DISCLAIM  its the third book in the Deliver series .  I will say I was waiting for this book for so long .

                            BOOK BLURB

*** It is recommended to read after Deliver and Vanquish, but it can be read as a stand-alone. ***

Camila was seventeen when Van Quiso kidnapped her. Ten years after her escape, the shackles refuse to release her. Not while there are still slave traders preying on her city.
She will stop at nothing to end them.
Even if that means becoming a slave again.

Returning to chains is her worst fear—and only option. They won’t know who she is or what she intends to do. She’s prepared for every complication.
Except him.
The one who decimated her sixteen-year-old heart.

Matias is charming, gorgeous, and dangerously seductive. He’s also untrustworthy and enshrouded in secrets. After years of no contact, he finds her—on her knees, wrists bound, in the clutches of her enemy.
Will he sabotage her mission by needlessly saving her?
Or will he keep her in chains and never let her go?

                             MY REVIEW
I was so excited when I got this book in my hands . I squealed like a school girl because I have been waiting for it seems like an eternity . Ok enough of my babbling let me tell you about the book. This is Camila's story and man it is a heart breaking tale . After escaping her own slavery, she is out to stop the human trafficking and save other young women. With her team of other survivors she has taken down so many but there are always more and more to go. Now she must go where she never wanted to go again , back into chains  back into slavery to help but what she didn't realize that someone from her past has come back and help her in ways that she has never thought she would .
The characters are so strong in this book . Some of the original characters are back  along with a bunch of new characters . Camila is a woman that has gone through hell and back she was young and in love with the boy of her dreams . Just to be ripped away and sold and loose the boy that she loved with all her heart. She was torn down and ripped apart only to come back stronger and more fierce .She is taking down human traffickers but she is dead inside . She is so strong but also so scared and full of pain. She is such a strong character and I fell in love with her strength and the and the vulnerability that she has . I really want to be Camila when I grow up .  She is kick ass .
Matias is the man in her life  he was the young boy that Camila fell in love with as a young girl. He was ripped away from his young love and thrust into a life he didn't want .  He grew up to be a tough as nails man that never forgot his love .  But he is not the boy anymore . He is more lethal and has a very hard edge to him . He has secrets that he refuses to let Camila in on . He is rough and tough and kind of scary when you meet him but underneath it all he has a heart of gold and will melt your heart with the love he does have for Camila .
There are old characters from the other books  Van and Liv are back along with their spouses and Tate is back and broody.  There is much more to Tate in this story also, we learn a little bit more about him.  Liv is as feisty as ever and Van well he is Van and you will love him anyway .
The author really knows how to write dark sexy books that are filled with so many twists and turns you will be blown away. There are a lot of writers that write dual povs but I must say that Pam has mastered that way of writing . She makes us care for her characters so much . Then she rips out our hearts, stomps all over them and then pieces out hearts back together at the end .  She takes us on a ride that will leave you breathless. You will want to rip Matias a new one a few times through out the book but then you will fall in love with him and will shed a tear when they finally figure every thing out . I had a book hangover , I read this book in one day but so didn't want to finish it .  I was surprised with the ending I was actually cheering for both Camila and Matias .  This can be read as a stand alone book but I suggest that you read DELIVER AND VANQUISH so you can get acquainted with the characters that appear along side Camila and Matias .  So if you love dark twisted tale please check out DISCLAIM .

GOOD FRIDAY MORNING ALL

Good Friday morning all  welcome to the last long weekend of the summer . Today we are going to give you a book that your teens will really enjoy. GARGOYLE REDEMPTION by Isabel Castruita .

                           BOOK BLURB

Trying to fit in at a new private school is hard enough for eighteen-year-old Shinka Fox, a rising music star. But she soon learns there is more to her new life than classes, homework, and time in the recording studio. Someone she thought she could trust betrays her, a strange secret group is out to kill her, a boy—Abel Lapis—she is infatuated with always seems to be around when she’s in trouble, and even her famous mom isn’t who Shinka thought. To make her life more chaotic, even Abel has a secret.

                          MY REVIEW
A 4.5 STAR RATING
This story had me hooked from the first page.  I mean it has everything , gargoyles . dragons . hunters slayers and of course humans . This is the first young adult book I have read by this author . I must say I was pleasantly surprised and delighted with this story. We have all the elements of a teen age romance and all the angst that goes along with it then throw in the fact that most of the characters are duel natured .  The story line is good and you will get slept away into the lives of these characters,
this high school makes your high school seem boring.
I really liked the characters in this book . Abel Lapis is the gargoyle prince who can also change into a person during the day . He is a high school hottie and all the girls try to be with him . I must say he is a loner that will break your heart, he is kind of gruff and kind of sexy in his own way. I really liked him and I wanted to protect him and just make life better for him . Shinka Fox is the new girl in school all she wants to do is finish classes and record her album. Oh did I mention that Shinka is an up and coming pop star.  She is pretty kick ass from the very beginning and won't take no for an answer. She is also a teenage girl and yes she does get a broken heart every now and then. You totally can't deny the chemistry between Abel and her, they are a hot couple. Then there is Drake sent to help out Abel and Shinka, he has his own secrets . I so don't want to tell you about Drake you will find out about him as you read . He is a cool guy and is the thorn in Abel's side all the way through the book .
Then there is Kaitlin she comes off as a good girl , best friend want to be but oh she has a dark side . She is evil in her own way . You want to kind of slap her a few times .
This is a fast read that both you and your teen would like . The story takes you on an adventure that you will enjoy . There is one thing I found and it could just be me but it seemed a little choppy in an few areas . Transitioning from chapter to chapter at the beginning but after 4 chapters it gets better an the story really flows then .
Over all I really enjoyed this book. I had a vested interest in the characters and loved how the author developed them.  It has a great mystery going on and there is romance, and all the teen age trials that go on everywhere now a days .  The author made me giggle and actually feel for the main characters . I couldn't put it down. I can't wait to find out what happens next for these characters. So if you want a good book for a lazy fall afternoon. Or you are looking for a good book for your teen to read to pass the time . Check out Gargoyle Redemption by Isabel Castruita
