BOOK BLURB
Strength from Weakness
Disability becomes Power
Six stories, one impactful message:
- A voiceless child painting visions of death.
- A killer with a deadly message plagued by a burden of guilt.
- A priestess divinely empowered to absorb others' pain.
- A soldier fighting for courage in the face of fear.
- A broken warrior-priest on a mission of vengeance.
- A thief desperate to escape the burden of his memories.
Betrayed by mind or body, these people struggle to survive in a grim world that takes no pity on the weak. Yet they will discover that they are simply different, not damaged.
You'll be hooked by this collection of fantasy stories that shatters the preconceptions of what is possible.
With each page you'll be drawn in further and further. These stories may even change the way you see the world.

MY REVIEW
This is a collection of short stories that will make you think . The author has written this book about different types of disabilities and trust me when you read theses stories they will change the way you see these special people .
The first story in the book is about a soldier dealing with his past and the battles he fought . The ptsd of this soldier helps carry the story along . The second story is about a young artist who can't stand to be touched. This story actually broke my heart and made me understand more about autism spectrum just a bit . As each story gets better and pulls us in more . All the characters are well written and you feel for them and start to understand them more .
The author writes this stories based in his fantasy world Voramis . When you read the characters you feel all of their emotions and you really feel their struggles . You start out feeling sorry for them but as you read you start to feel proud of what they can get through . Even though each story is different they flow together with ease . I would recommend this book to everyone who loves a fantasy book and wants flawed heros that will make you think a little different about people with disabilites

GOOD SATURDAY
Good Saturday all , today we have another victim in our NOVEMBER TO DISMEMBER blog interview in conjunction with READING ZOMBIE . Lets all welcome Roma Gray to the blog
Hi Roma thank you for coming here today
Thanks for having me
tell us a bit about yourself
My name is Roma Gray and I write horror-fusion stories with a Halloween flavor about them. I call them Trick-or-Treat Thrillers.I live in Oregon, have a dog, cat and a parrot. I started writing when I was 8 and I have 5 books and nearly 30 short stories published
Tell us about your books
I have several books out, The Hunted Tribe: Declaration of War (teen witch against a dinosaur animal spirit), Jurassic Jackaroo: Jasper’s Junction (gunslinger holds a contest between criminals to see who joins him on a safari to hunt an dinosaur animal spirit), Haunted House Harbor: Humanity’s Hope (during the zombie apocalypse, survivors discover a town where the zombies are scared to go. But the town has it’s own dark past…) and Celebration of Horror 1: The Best of Roma Gray (Five short tales of terror on various holidays).
Do you have a specific writing style
I focus on strong characterization in all of my stories.
Where did your interest in writing originate
Do you read your reviews and what do you do when you find a bad review
Do you have any writing rituals,
Do you hide little tidbits in your stories that only a few people will get
If you had to do something differently as a child or teenager , to help you become a better writer what would it be
Just write more
how long on average does it take for you to write your books
Do you believe in writers block
NOW FOR SOME FUN QUICK QUESTIONS
COFFEE TEA OR OTHER
FAVOURITE JUNK FOOD
Taco salads
FAVOURITE CHILDREN'S BOOK
HAVE YOU GOOGLED YOURSELF
No but I will now
LAST BUT NOT LEAST
What would you tell any aspiring writer out there
Have your work professionally edited, but still learn the basic rules like comma placement.
It takes many eyes to edit your work properly. And be critical of critical Beta reader reviews.
Stay true to the internment of the work. Don’t add or take away something unless you honestly feel it will

BOOK BLURB
BOOK BLURB
The old house literally captured his attention with a flash of light, almost as if it had intentionally signaled him. Ian Harket knew he wanted it as soon as he laid his eyes upon it, regardless of how much work needed to be done.
Even before he actually moved into the house, some odd, unexplainable things happened.
After he moved in, he began to really experience the strangeness for himself, and he got the distinct feeling the presence in the house did not want him there.

MY REVIEW
When I got this book I was excited . I love a good ghost story and I stat down and started reading . This author is new to me and I was excited to read . I dove in and was pleasantly surprised . The author took me on a journey that had me sitting on the edge of my seat . I was trying to figure out what the heck was going on all the way through the book .
The characters are complex and Ian is the type of guy you want to have as a friend . He is fun to be around . When he falls in love with the old house odd things start happening to him . He thinks he is loosing his mind there for a bit . The other main character is the house and the ghost that lives within . The house takes on a life of its own and Ian and his friends are like puppets in her hands .
The story is a classic haunted house tale that will keep you reading all night long . I read this one in one sitting, I just couldn't put it down . There is just one thing , I wish it was just a little longer . To help build the creep factor just a little bit more. Over all I really liked this story and it kept me interested . I recommend this to anyone who loves a gothic style story that will keep you up all night
