                               MY REVIEW 

 Sloane and Liam are back and fighting for their lives and the lives of the members of their clubs. The South club is done living in the tattered shadow of the past and the North chapter is well just hanging on by a thread. War is coming and they all must come together to fight the evil that is coming their way . Sloane is done with what is happening and will do anything to keep the club going and every member safe even if that is taking on the revenge by herself and becoming a one woman wrecking crew. It will take Liam and the rest of the brotherhood to keep war from totally destroying both clubs. 

  Sloane and Liam and the rest of the crew are back and they are ready for war . Sloane is really having a hard time with what is happening, she feels responsible for the lives that were lost . We see her kind of go into herself and try and push everyone away as she takes on the man that started all of this and killed her father. Liam is kind of at a loss he wants to be right beside Sloane but she has a way of keeping him at arms length. They both are such strong characters but they also have their faults that keep them second guessing what it really means to be in love with someone and have their backs for always .  We also get to see more of the rest of the crew and their personalities and they are so much fun to read . 

   This is the second book in the series and starts off right where the first book leaves off . There is so much that happens in this book . We get to see both Liam and Sloane fight some inner demons and fight for what is right.  The author puts so much love and pain into her characters , you will love them . They are well written and complex. and the story is fast paced and lots of action and smexy times.  I do strongly suggest you read book one before diving into this book. Check it out if you love a good biked book with brooding bikes and kick butt ladies .

                        MY REVIEW 

  Liam Walsh is a wolf shifter and a staff sergeant and second in command in the elite X force. A group of made shifters who are enhanced and changed to keep shifters in check. His life is going good until the day he finds that his mate is a forensic scientist that also works for X force. When Pauline ends up in the sights of a serial killer she is targeted and taken . Liam and his team need to put all feelings aside and find her before it is too late. 

   Liam and Pauline are the sweetest of couples . Liam is a natural born leader and very dedicated to his job. When he finds his mate you see a softer sweeter side of Liam. He becomes very protective and oh so sexy when he is around Pauline. Pauline is a sweet woman who works hard and is very sweet . She never thought that she would find someone to care for and love. She is strong willed and feisty and is willing to do what it takes to be with the man she loves . I truly like these characters and the way they are with each other . They compliment each other very well . 

 This is a read that will suck you in trust me . I read this in a evening and I didn't move from the spot until I was done. There are trigger warnings for this book from stalking to abduction, graphic sexual content to list some. So if you are a little iffy about that I would stay away from. Overall this is a book that will keep you reading all evening . So if you like shifters check it out . This author has a great way writing her shifters . A great fall read

                         MY REVIEW 

 What would you do if the stories you have heard for years were true. The man fated for you lived six centuries before you were even born. A highlander. Well Aspen found out when she moved to New Hampshire , when the stories that were told to her as a child are actually real. As she finds out as she is whisked back in time to meet the brooding laird of the clan Mcleod. With the help of the Viking sword the two of them that pulls them together and ignites a passion that can not be denied but also brings so much unwanted attention to them.  That sparks a blood feud that could threaten history itself. When Aspen does the unthinkable so that she will not be torn away from Broderick . She must become the mistress of his enemy just to make the king happy and then that might bring some peace. 

   Aspen and Broderick are a couple that defy the ages . Aspen is a modern woman well lets just say she is a witch, along with her sisters.  She is strong willed an a little defiant when it comes to getting what she wants. She is very intelligent and kind of a thrill seeker so she is a hand full for the Laird Macleod. Broderick is a brooding, standoffish oh the most important thing he is also a dragon warrior.  He is mourning a lost love but when he sees Aspen things change and he can't get enough of her. They go through so much to be together and when they get back together the sparks fly . These are truly well written characters and I love how the author put them through things but brought them back together. 

  This is a great book for those who love highlanders and also sexy dragons . The story moves very fast and you get swept away into the story and the all that goes with it . The characters are well written and complex you can't help but cheer for them to survive and get back to each other. This is a book that you can read in an evening all curled up under a plaid blanket and a good shot of scotch to warm your insides as you read. A definite read for all your fall reading lists . Check it out
