HAPPY RELEASE DAY  to one of my favourite dark authors . UNSHACKLE  by Pam Godwin book 7 in the Deliver series

                             BOOK BLURB

No woman can resist Luke Sanch’s chiseled features, honed physique, auburn hair, and intense green eyes.

While deadly in combat, he’s an indomitable weapon in bed. He can coax an explosive release with only his mouth and annihilate with insidious, mind-blowing pleasure.
When he infiltrates La Rocha Cartel, he must seduce Vera Gomez to determine whether to rescue her.
Or kill her.
Nothing can distract his icy, lethal focus.
Except the cartel’s most feral captive.
The nameless, raven-haired beauty is his key to dismantling Vera Gomez. But the ferocious little fighter challenges him at every turn and unknowingly battles her way into his heart.
A battle that delivers him, physically and emotionally, into shackles.

                      MY REVIEW
Luke is out to find Vera Gomez to either bring her home to her sister of kill her if she is too far into a rival cartel . But there is a little snag when he infiltrates the cartel and watches a young woman fight until the death , she calls to him and his soul . There is more to this ferocious little fighter and when Luke finally has her , she will be the key to bring down the whole cartel. Will they be able to survive the cartel and will they be able to survive each other to finally get to the happiness they both need and desire .

Omg I am just going to lay it out right now out of all the characters in the Deliver series Luke and Vera are in my top three . Luke is well he has been through so much but he is so strong, sexy and oh so lethal . You will want to hug him or get on your knees in front of him . Overall he is a really sweet guy down deep and when he falls he falls hard . He has that protective gene that could get him in trouble. Vera well she is a fighter after everything she has gone through she comes out fighting . She may be small but omg she is mighty .  She is such fun to read and you will fall in love with her and Luke .

This is the seventh book in the series and I will say it is my favourite book in the series so far .The author has us on the edge of your seat all the way through the book . Her characters are well written and complex . This one for me felt a more darker oh don't get me wrong all the books in the series are dark but this one had a more dangerous, darker feel to it .  The author really puts the main characters through it, they go from hell to even deeper hell through out the book . We see them come together and fight for what they want and need . I sat down and read this book in an evening, I got sucked in by the fourth page and got invested by the third chapter .  This whole series is such a good read I do suggest you read them in order so you get to know all the characters . This will be a good book for those snowy winter nights .
