Good afternoon peep I am back with another novella for you. This afternoon I have for you a m/m shifter romance CHERISHED BY THE DRAGON by K.R Hall
BOOK BLURB
Mustang shifter Jayden Garcia and dragon shifter Todd Dahlstrom were toddlers when they met in the same hospital room. Todd’s mother couldn’t soothe her frightened son and stop the boy’s uncontrollable crying. Jayden crawled into his bed and wrapped his arms around him. Todd quieted as he leaned into Jayden.
Too young to understand what was happening, their inner animals instinctively knew they were destined for each other, and their mothers vowed to keep them together. When they reach puberty, they learn that Todd is unable to shift. His dragon soul has been stripped away, leaving him vulnerable to human diseases.
As adults, Jayden joins the Shifter Army while Todd takes his place in the family business. Todd turns to two surrogate mothers to help him and Jayden have the family they always dreamed of.
MY REVIEW
Jayden and Todd met when they were just kids but Jayden knew that they were mates from the beginning. One is a mustang shifter and the other a dragon shifter. They are best friends and grow more and more in love as they grew things happen that send them in different directions but they are still together . After they find out Todd's dragon isn't there , Todd ends up with some human diseases that could ultimately kill him. With the love of Jayden and the help of their children, through surrogates, they just might have the happily ever after they all want and need.
Jayden and Todd are the sweetest of men. They both knew from the beginning that they belonged together. Jayden is the tough but sweet guy who would do anything for his love. Todd is the sweetest of men a little more on the tender side than Jayden but he completes Jayden. They are cute together and well written and they are surrounded by great characters.
This is one of those read in an evening stories that will have you going awwww through out . The author takes us through their lives from being kids to adults . I wish the story was a little bit more in depth, and the author would of went into more detail on why Todd lost his dragon, and them trying to find it. Over all I really enjoyed this story . So if you want a read for your winter evenings check it out.
