                         MY REVIEW   

 This is the first book in a new series . I was so excited to see that this author has written a new series and I couldn't wait to dive into it . Let me introduce you to Felicia Patterson a witch and a magical florist on Witch Island . Who has been cursed and is resigned to the fact that she will never ever find her true love . Until the day Christoph Parks walks into her shop and her life . Will they come together or will the family and the curse get in their way . 

   I truly liked this book , it is a different turn for this author .  She takes us on a fun filled ride . The characters are well written and you will fall in love with them . Felicia is such a fun character . She is a florist that loves her job and loves bringing happiness to the people that come to witch island to wed . But she is also sad and hiding her pain of the fact that she will never marry . When push comes to shove though she shows us what she is truly made of and what it takes to stop the attacks from happening . She ends up being a kick butt heroine.  Christoph is a hot sexy vampire who is a fix it guy . Trying to keep his best friend and his brothers wedding on the right path. He is sexy and confidant but also hiding some pain . He has been burned by love and doesn't want to find it again. As you read you see him through out the book relaxing and having a good time with the young florist . You see him slowly letting Felicia in. Together they are fun and sexy and will have you laughing all the way through the book 
   This is more of a novella length then the authors other books . I love novellas for a quick fun read, which this one is . The author takes us on a fun filled romp that will keep you reading all night long . There is a scene at the beginning of the book that had me spitting tea it was so funny. Now those would be the best bouquets for a bachelorette party ever . This is the lighter side for this author . It is funnier and lighter then her other books .  The only thing I wish it was just a little longer so we could see the love blossom more between Christoph and Felicia . Other then that I loved this book and can't wait for the rest of the books that will come out for this series .

                       MY REVIEW 

   Well where to start, this was an interesting book first off the cover caught my eye I am a dragong girl and this cover was amazing . The story has so much going on . There are dragons and so much more going on. When new author Liz Mckinnen is kidnapped and told that she has to kill the antagonist in her debut novel . She thinks she is in the hands of some crazy fans. But alas she isn't and she is in for the ride of her life . But will she survive the dragon battle that is coming . 

  The characters in this book are well written but sometime feel a little bit one dimensional . Liv the main character seems like a good character but sometimes she is very naïve and just doesn't seem like she can carry the burden.  But when she meets the famous authors of the past is where we see her shine .  When she has to come up against the characters she has created she seems a little intimidated now knowing what to do. Over all she is an ok character and I can see her becoming a great character in her other books . 

    Over all this was an enjoyable book . I mean what would you do if all the characters in the books you love come to life . It would be amazing and yet scary at the same time . The author takes us on an adventure ride full of cool characters and situations . There were some parts of the book that to me just kind of dragged . The main character just seemed a little one dimensional . Over all I did enjoy this book and would think that anyone between the ages of 16 to adult would like this book . So if you want a read that will take you away for a couple of hours and be really enjoyable .

                        MY REVIEW 

        When I got this book , I was wondering where the author was going to take me . I loved all her other books so I was sure I was going to love this one as well . When I started reading with an open mind . She is writing about bdsm and I was hoping that the author would give it justice and not make a joke out of it like some books I have recently read . Well the first words out of my mouth was wow she did it justice . She takes us on an emotional journey of love and acceptance and healing . 

  Collette is a shy teacher that has a yearning for something more . She has locked away her darkest desires away for too long. When she stumbles across a secret society that may be able to help her figure out her inner desires .  Enter Jude the man behind Fernweh and the man who will train her but doesn't trust anyone . But Collette does something to Jude that makes him rethink his rules of not getting involved . Will they be able to over come the hurts of their past to begin together a new life . 

   The characters are so well written and complex. Collette at the beginning was a character that I couldn't really enjoy . It seemed like she was just trying to be more then she actually was . As you read into her character as you read along in the book . You actually see her start to blossom and become the woman she knows she should be . I really started to like her . I found that she was more complex by the end of the book and we finally see why the way she is and the way that she wants to be . I really liked her by the end of the book . Jude came off as very standoffish and kind or arrogant at the beginning of the book . But like as Collette you get to see him grow and come into his own . You see him become a man that you can fall in love with . Even when he is at his worst he is loving and respectful . The ideal man . He is very complex and when he lets down his guard you see a loving man . I love the interaction between  You really feel the bond that is forming between them and you will fall in love with them . 

   This story isn't for the faint of heart , it does take on BDSM but it takes it on with a class and a dignity it deserves . The author takes us on a journey that will have you tearing up at some of the things that both the characters go through . The author really did her research on the BDSM culture . But this is more then just a story of bdsm it is also a love story between two people that are broken but when together they are whole .  There is a lot of sexual content in this book so you will probably blush a little . There are some scenes that will make you giggle. Its another hit for this author . So if you aren't feint of heart and want a great story  of love and kink this is the book for you .
