                      MY REVIEW 

   What do you do when you are intrigued by a man who is the lead singer in the band you love . Your assistant says that you should have an evening of yesses . You end up on a hunt for the Holy Grail with pirates , sexy pirates . That's what happens to Dr Charlotte Sinclair , she is the expert at the Maritime Museum. She knows all about the Sea Dog and its crew so when a government man shows up and asks for her help . She finds out the man of her dreams is a real pirate and she must help the crew find the Holy Grail and keep her love alive in the process . 

    Ok ladies lets talk about these characters . They are well written and are complex . Samuel is well lets just say this , he is hot, sexy and a pirate .  He is also an old soul that is burdened with the past . He is also immortal . You will fall for his tortured soul and will want to heal him anyway you can . Charlotte is a sweet over worked museum employee that has worked hard to get where she is . But she hasn't had fun in a long time . When she meets Keegan she finally lets her hair down and goes with the flow . As you read her you find out actually there is more to her then she knows. She is strong and independent and can drive Keegan crazy . These are great characters on their own but when they are together nothing can stop them from getting what they want . The rest of the crew is back also to help Keegan and Charlotte out . Love all these characters so much 

   This is the second book in the series but I will let you know you can read it as a stand alone if you want to get to it right away . The author takes us on an rollercoaster ride that will take us on an epic adventure .  The characters are so well written and you will love them so much .  There is mystery , intrigue and of course love .  I couldn't put the book down and got it read in an afternoon . I will tell you to get this book and sit down and read it . It will just take you an afternoon and you will be in love . So add this book to your winter reading list . Come and get yourself a pirate you will not be disappointed .

                     MY REVIEW 

   This is a story of alcoholism , Alzheimer's , redemption and love . Esther is suffering from Alzheimer's and is getting worse . She is reverting to a fantasy world of lavender fields and a mystery man who has her heart . Her sister Lexie is in denial in her life . Her husband is sick and then there is Esther . Lexie can't handle it so she slips deeper and deeper into alcoholism . After a series of events bring Lexie and Gemma the poor head nurse  and Esther together they must figure out how to work together. 

   This book has great characters that are well written and complex . Lexie is a woman who has been through so much . The only way she can survive is having a drink . You see her struggling with the load that she is carrying . You almost feel sorry for her , I said almost . She kind of brought it on herself . As you read the story you see her actually kind of growing up at the end of the book .  Esther is well she is somewhat of a enigma . She is funny but also surviving from Alzheimer's , she takes us on a fantasy ride in her mind with a man who loves her and she remembers everything . I wanted to just hug her and keep her safe.  She is a really strong character even though her mind is gone . She is a fighter and you will like her . I felt sorry for poor Gemma she is doing a job that most people will not want to do . She is stuck in between the two sisters . She wants to do the best for Esther but is tossed between two walls . She is a strong woman and is honestly a sweet lady . Who brings the two sisters together . 

    This is a complex book with lots going on. The author takes us on an emotional rollercoaster ride . The characters are well written and you will love them and hate them at the same time . There were just a few things that kind of put me off, the sex scenes in the fantasy felt a little uneasy. The alcoholism and the Alzheimer's were written so very well . The author really had a good grasp on the subjects. This is more then just those two things it is a story of love and redemption and also second chances  . Over all I truly enjoyed this book I cried and I did laugh a few times . I would recommend this book to those how are willing to go down the dark path to redemption .

                        MY REVIEW 
     What would you do if you are a the best ad ex out there and work hard to prove it . When your company is up for sale and the last min the plans change. That is what happens to Kitty and her love Nick . When Nick goes back to New York to salvage the deal . Kitty is a trying not to panic but when a plane delay sends her to her moms house for her 70th birthday . She witnesses the worst thing any child wants to see.  Her mother hitting the floor . When the worst happens Kitty is set on a path that will have her rethinking her life in the city and her relationship with Nick and the new relationship with Daine , the sweet handyman living in Grace's barn. Will Kitty's life burn up around her or will she rise from the flames like the phoenix she is . 
   I was loving the characters in this book from the first moment I started reading . Kitty is well lets just say she is a type A personality . She is on the go all the time and will bust your balls as soon as looking at you . But she is also very confused . she has fought hard to get where she is taking over her fathers company . When she gets to Sonoma you get to see a side of her that is more her then the cooperate woman. She finally finds the woman she hides deep inside her . The truly happy relaxed woman with good friends and a man who loves her for her .
 Nick is the love interest and he is well lets just say what can I say he is arrogant ladies man . To me I felt that he really wasn't that interested in Kitty , he was wanting her and other woman . He is a cad and I really didn't like him , to me he just let out a I am better then everyone else vibe . And he proved me right lol .Now Daine well Daine is tall dark and oh so sweet. He is deep and sexy and really does push Kitty to be what he and everyone knows she is . I fell for him he is the man that will do anything for the people he loves . You will love him too . 
 Now Grace and Wyatt are so cute , they are a pivotal force in Kitty's transformation and her finally settling down . Even though we only have Grace for a short time she does a lot for the story and is the glue that keeps everyone together.
   I sat down and read this book in an evening . I was sucked in by chapter 2 the characters are well written and you. will fall in love with them. The authors take us on a heart breaking ride . Trust me your heart will break but they do repair it . Also you will laugh so hard . There are a couple of scenes where chickens are involved . Egg throwing and a rooster in a sack trust me on this you will laugh until your cheeks hurt . The book is a fun read but also about slowing down and taking your time with your life cause you only have one and you should make it the best life you have . So grab a glass of wine and your favourite blanket and curl up for a fun read that will have you cheering for love

                    MY REVIEW 

    What would you do if your true love walked back into your life , trying to take over the non profit company that is your labour of love .You prepare for a fight . That is what Sadonna was doing . Until Michael walked into the room and then things were different . Will they be able to forgive the past and move on to the future . 

   The characters in this story are well written . Sadonna is a people pleaser through and through . We meet her as a young girl being put between her family and the boy she loves, who she dumps to be the parent towards her sister and brother . When we meet her latter on she is a strong independent woman , who in my opinion is still a people pleaser . She is doing everything for everyone else still  She is starting to put herself first though and won't let anyone step on her or her family . By the end of the book she has grown up and taken control. Michael has been through  a lot in his life , an alcoholic father ,being homeless . To becoming the best negotiator out there . When we see him , he seems bitter and still a little hot headed . As we see him with Sadonna we start to see a sweeter side of him . He grows up and realizes that he isn't the center of the world . My favourite character is Pop , he is a no nonsense man who knows Michael better then anyone . He is the rock in Michaels life and knows what he needs before Michael does . He is kind of like a guardian angel for the characters in this book always listening and giving good ideas. 

    This is a sweet second chance romance with a mystery and intrigue mixed in . The author takes us on a sweet ride ,that has some twists and turns . The characters are well written and the story spans a few years . There are a couple of spots that are a little slow but it doesn't take away from the book . Over all I really enjoyed this story of finding love again. If you want a sweet romance check it out you won't be disappointed
