Good Wednesday all , I hope you are all doing good . I have rolling thunder storms coming on in today . So it is  great day to read . So I read the third book in the Mists of Magic and Mayhem book . HALLOWED FLAMES  by Hp Mallory

                     MY REVIEW 

   Welcome back to the party , in this episode Sinjin is back and he is a man on a mission . He is on his way to make sure his wife and the mother of his daughter is safe. But first he has to make sure he is safe and the people on his boats are safe from the dreaded Vryloka . Then there is poor Emma who is unfortunately the object of a few ghostly attacks . \

Duine is having dreams of a mystery woman who can make him feel alive again .  Pagan is loosing men to Duine and so he must make a deal with the Rebel Nyx and her forces . 

   Ok now this is the third book in the series and all I can say is wow these characters are just getting better and better . Sinjin is back and bigger and badder then ever . He is such a god character . I love him when he is kick butt and all in protective mode . Duine is still a mystery to me we know he is Rand and has had all the love ripped out of him . As Duine he is all encompassing and has a mean streak a mile wide . We know deep down that he is a nice guy but right now you really just want to smack him upside the head .  These characters are so well written and you will love them and hate a few of them at the same time . 

  Well I was so happy to hear that book three was out . I got it and read the whole thing in one sitting . I must say I love when Sinjin is kicking butt and being all arrogant like he always was . HE IS BACK  and badder then ever . I am so happy that the author spent a book on the men of the series . They needed to come out and play for a bit . I really have trouble with the new Rand or Duine , he is just so arrogant and you really want to hit him with a frying pan . I know the author had to take this character in the direction he is going but i really hope that he will get his happy ending sometime . The author has written a fun filled episode in this series .  This is a series that you can read in a weekend and enjoy by the pool or at the beach . Check it out .

                         MY REVIEW

   Miranda is having one of those days , its her birthday and all she wants to do is have a nice quiet night but her best friend Violet lets it slip that they are having a surprise party for her . It seems that the party goes from bad to worse . When Law - law gives Miranda her mothers grimoire . Things tend to get a little dicey as she wakes up in the exact replica of her apartment . When masked men come in and want her to show them her magic , things start to go weird . Except of one man with the cutest smile and the sexiest eyes . There is more to him . Will Miranda get home to her family or will the men have her as part of their ritual . Will she come out of it alive . 

   This is the first book of a new series so we get to meet some cool new characters . Miranda is well she is a witch and it seems she is the talk of her small town and its not in a good way . She is feisty and when push comes to shove she will do anything to get out of the trap she is in.  In some ways she is naive but you see her start to shine as you read . Violet is her best friend and to me she just seems a little bit on the ditzy side . She lets things slip out that she isn't suppose to .  Erik the masked man that helps Miranda out is well he is sexy and has a killer smile . We get to see him play the hero and they really get to know each other .  They are well written and I can't wait to see how the author brings them together and how complex they will become . 

   This is one of those books that is a slow burn as it  is the first book it is a set up for what is to come . The author has a way that when you read her work you get sucked in . The characters are well written and you will love them or hate them depending on your mood . There are a few things that are going on this book , a kidnapping . magic. a different world and a cult . If that doesn't attract your attention just think of hot men wearing masks . This is a book that will have you sucked in by chapter 3 so check it out . I promise it will be a fast read that will have you wanting more . A great curl up in a hammock book for your summer .

Good morning all its Tuesday and I am working on my 4th cup of high octane chai lattes , yes i need a boost this morning . Today I have a fun read for you REAPING WILLOW part one by Boone Brux

   Lisa and the gang are back and reaping harder then ever . She has to go to Tartarus and find her dead husband who was taken by Chaos . Nate and Lisa first have to find the demon that killed her husband. They are entering a place that will forever change them . A place where you have brightly coloured wigs and costumes . Lets enter the world of bronys .

  Lisa and the guys are back and funnier then ever . Lisa is a hard working mother and a grim reaper . She is one feisty, sassy woman who manages life on her own terms . She is like any working mom out there stressed and trying to keep her life balanced . Nate is well he is so sexy and yes I would say he is brooding some times . He balances Lisa's crazy life . He is like the calm in her storm .  With every good guy there is a bad guy and Chaos is his name  with his demons . 

  This is the fourth book in the series and they just keep getting funnier and funnier . The author's style of writing is witty and easy to read .  I love her wit  her characters are well written and getting more and more complex . I really want to know what is in the mind of the author . I mean who knew that there were Brony parties and know I really want to see a convention . Yes you have to read the book to find out what a Brony party is .  I will warn you that there is a cliff hanger at the end of this book. I really want to find out what happens to Lisa and Nate and if they have to the bowels of Hell to get her dead husband back . This is a fun book and it would be a great series to read at the beach this summer . Check it out if you want a fun laugh riot of a book to read .

           MY REVIEW 

   When Luca is taken to a party with her best friend . She is unknowingly cast into a web that the men of inferno are weaving . They want her for some reason but no one knows why . When Tanner spies her that night he is rude to her but that is all in his plan . But she is the one that got away and when they meet again all bets are off . 

   Wow what can I say about this cast of characters . Tanner is well he is cocky , rude and oh so sexy and way to smart for his own good .  His brooding attitude is just to sexy but there is a sadness in him that he is tired of being at his fathers beck and call . I truly loved to hate him and there were moments that I just wanted to hit him over the head with a cast iron frying pan and then there were moments that I wanted to climb him like a spider monkey.\

 Luca is a sweet girl, who just wants to finish school and become a lawyer . She is feisty and just a little naive . Her feisty attitude gets her into a bit of trouble she wants the safe life but the brooding Tanner keeps coming back into her life and stirring up trouble in a big way.  There are eight other brothers that have been friends with Tanner and they are all cocky and arrogant with a great sadness in their hearts . 

   Ok I really wasn't prepared for this book , it was recommended by a friend . So I grabbed it and sat down and started reading . Well I was hooked by the end of the third chapter . The characters are so well written and complex and you will love to hate them and then fall in love with them .  The author really takes us on an emotional rollercoaster ride there were moments that you will have tearing up and then there are moments that will have you blushing cause of the hotness that is on the paper .  With any good book there is also a lot of intrigue and mystery in this book. You really want to find out what the guys are hiding and you really want to get to the bottom of the whole mystery around Luca.  The reason why I didn't give the book a 5 stars , it just seemed to drag a little with both points of view chapter after chapter . It seemed to slow down the book just a little . Over all I truly enjoyed this book and can't wait to read about the other men of inferno . This would be a good book for your summer reading list so check it out
